"Passi Lenti in Val Grande" is a simple way of trekking: slowly and for every kind of people. But it also is a way of experience mountain
and life: walking slowly in nature will let us know culture, history and traditions of local mountain people. We'll discover nature
with our ears and eyes, but also through emotions and feelings... our heart.
Our aim is not to win a speed record on paths and muletracks: all we want is to establish contact with the wild side of Val Grande National Park, the biggest wilderness in Italy, a perfect nature cathedral, where you'll be able to listen to the silence, relaxing your mind and spirit.
